In order to maintain that pace and be ahead there is a need for the organizations to assure that the workplace ethics is maintained in a proper way (Lowery, Duesing and Beadles 2014, p.408). The key characteristics for an example is the co operation, appearances, participation and the mentality that will help in increasing the value of oneself as well as that of the organization. A strong ethical culture in any business organization will help in safeguarding ones assets, which is really an important thing (Mukherjee, Bhattacharjee and Singha 2016). In some of the instances, the people who are not considered as the team players might often face demotion or termination. Whereas on the other hand it can be said that those who can easily work well with others can easily work alone (Michaelson et al. 2015, pp. 77-90).
